About this Nominee
Design | ILM is a residential design firm providing thoughtful, well-detailed design and construction plan services for homes and small-scale residential development projects. While we are grateful for the nomination and the support it reflects, Design | ILM is not a licensed architectural firm and does not meet the eligibility requirements for the Best of Wilmington “Best Architect” category.
We have reached out to the magazine to request removal from the nomination list to ensure accuracy and compliance with contest guidelines. Sincere thanks to whoever took the time to nominate us — the recognition is genuinely appreciated.
